ATAL Tinkering Lab

Welcome to the hub of innovation and creativity!

The Niti Aayog Atal Tinkering Lab is an initiative introduced by the Government of India under the Atal Innovation Mission. These labs are established in schools across the country to facilitate a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among students. The aim is to provide a platform for students to explore, experiment, and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems. From robotics to 3D printing, coding to artificial intelligence, the Atal Tinkering Lab is a hub of hands-on learning where students can turn their ideas into reality.

At our School, we believe in cultivating learning through exploration, experimentation, and hands-on experiences. Among the few chosen, Kaintal Senior School is proud to have been awarded a grant by the Government of India to establish the Atal Tinkering Laboratory. This initiative aims to create a unique environment that nurtures scientific temper, innovation, and creativity among our students. We are delighted to announce that the inauguration of the laboratory took place on 16th August 2022.

The primary objective of this workshop was to go beyond traditional classroom learning and expand students’ knowledge. By engaging with tools and equipment, young students were able to gain a hands-on understanding of STEM subjects, such as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths.
