Kaintal school has been actively participating in the various ‘Fit India Movement’ programs organized by the Sports Authority of India (SAI) in collaboration with CISCE.

Our school joined the celebration of the 2nd edition of Fit India School Week in December 2020 to encourage students to adopt physical activities and sports in their day to day life.

English Essay Writing and Declamation Competition were also organized for classes 9 to 12 on topics ‘Fitness Beats Pandemic ‘ and ‘Strengthening the Mind Post-Pandemic ‘ respectively.

The winners of the English Declamation Competition are:
Gunjan from Class X-A grabbed the first position, Sudiksha from IX-C stood second, and Sumedha from XII came third.

The winners of the Essay Writing Competition are:
In Category-I, Navpreet from Class XII grabbed the first position, Bismanjot Singh from XII stood second, and Naveen from XII and Arpanjot Kaur from XI came third.

In Category-II, Rajika from Class X-C grabbed the first position, Prabhleen from IX-D stood second, and Ridhi from IX-A came third.
