Summer Splash Drinks And Yoga

 

Summer’s rising temperatures and blistering heat can deplete energy levels, leaving you feeling tired and dehydrated. As a result, the greatest method to battle the heat is to drink colourful squashes, juices, and mocktails to stay hydrated and energised.

With this in mind, a ‘Summer Splash Drinks’ project for classes 5 to 8 was organised, in which students made a variety of flavorful and refreshing drinks, including Lemon Mojito, Watermelon Mojito, Watermelon Mint Cooler, Plum Breeze, Coconut Cooler, and Tangy Turmeric Drink.

Yoga was also practised by students in classes 2 to 4 in order to make their mornings healthier by conditioning their mind, soul, and body.

The kids had a great time and it was a great learning opportunity for everyone.
